I'm Nancy, a consulting analyst turned UX researcher. I obtained my Bachelor’s in Cognitive Science and Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.

During university, I worked as a consultant for Sony and local non-profits to inform brand and marketing strategies. The projects reinforced my belief in experiences grounded in human-centered research and empathy.

In 2024, I began DesignLab’s intensive online UI/UX program. A journey that equipped me with a solid foundation of design principles and UX research methodologies.

In 2025, I entered ServiceNow as a UX Research intern. It was the most amazing and educational opportunity, learning about SAAS products and applying AI within my research processes.

As of 2026, I'm proud to be a full-time UX Researcher @ ServiceNow.
