I'm Nancy Nguyen, a consulting analyst turned UX/UI practitioner. I obtained my Bachelor’s in Cognitive Science and Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.

In college, I worked as a consultant, where I researched to inform strategy and improve user engagement. These experiences sparked my interest in understanding people’s needs and behaviors. Upon graduating, I realized I was most drawn to the human-centered side of problem-solving, leading me to pursue a path in UX.

In 2024, I began DesignLab’s intensive online UI/UX program. Though initially daunting, I grew to love the process of empathizing with users and designing intuitive, accessible solutions.

Recently, I became a UX Research Intern at ServiceNow, where I conducted user interviews and synthesized insights to inform early-stage product decisions, particularly around AI-driven features in our SaaS offerings.
